Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original payment, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

If you have expressly requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. This corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your withdrawal, relative to the total scope of the contractually agreed service.
