You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below ; however, its use is not obligatory.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal via our electronic withdrawal function under "Withdrawal ". If you use this function, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email, containing the content of your withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires .

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation of this contract.

We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original payment, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

If you have expressly requested that we begin providing the service during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount . This corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of your withdrawal, relative to the total scope of the contractually agreed service.
